To pay your utility bill online, please click Residents & Businesses, and then “Online Bill Pay”! Other options are to pay at the locked drop box at City Hall, 25 N Main, or drop off at People’s State Bank in Altura. Payment must be received by 4/30 at 5:00 to avoid late fee.
